Dash Berlin

Born as Jeffrey Sutorius in The Netherlands, 8th of November 1979, Dash Berlin has quickly risen to become one of the biggest super stars of the Trance scene. His irresistible personality and passion for music has allowed him to become a favourite amongst trance fans worldwide with his Facebook page reaching almost 900,000 likes (September 2012)

Music was always in Dash Berlin’s blood with late father being a distinguished drummer in a jazz band. Jeff started to work at a record shop in his late teens and became a dedicated vinyl collector of electronic music. Drawing inspiration from Sven Väth, Oliver Lieb and Sander Kleinenberg, Jeff started to develop his own style of DJing and producing. In 2006 he teamed up with regular customers and friends Kalberg and Molijn (Alice Deejay) to create Dash Berlin with Jeff being the front man.

The track that brought Dash Berlin into the EDM spotlight was “Till the Sky Falls Down” which featured on Armin van Buuren’s Universal Religion 3. His following singles have also created the same success if not more with titles like “Man on the Run” with Cerf, Mitiska and Jaren, “Waiting” with Emma Hewitt, “Better Half of Me” & “World Falls Apart” with Jonathan Mendelsohn.

Dash Berlin has created his own label “Aropa” under Armada Music, released two artist albums “The New Daylight” and “#musicislife” and 3 yearly editions of his mix compilation “United Destination”.
